Hello Community.
I can't install JDeveloper studio because it doesn't support my operating system.
but I can run JDeveloper ( the basic IDE).
I want to add bunch of plugin to it like spring plugin to add spring support.
The main problem is this "oracle.jdeveloper.webservice.policy".
where could I download it and install it?
Is it at all possible to add plugin to JDeveloper basic edition (basic as I call it).
