Adding OIM User to AD Group

Could someone please point me to the documentation or explain how I can add an OIM user to an AD Group.

What I want to happen is to create a user in OIM. Then have that user provisioned to AD. Depending on different attributes, such as group membership or organization I want to add the user to arbitrary AD groups.
