Adding A Meta Tag To The Universal Theme

PaulGall123Jun 8 2016 — edited Jun 9 2016

Hello,

Apex Version: 5.0.2.00.07

Database: 12c

ORDS 2.x

When we use Microsoft Edge, the telephone numbers are getting displayed as an hyper-link and after looking at this article on MDSN:

https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn265018%28v=vs.85%29.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396

this is the default behaviour of Edge/IE. It says to get around this in by adding a meta tag to page ie:

<meta name="format-detection" content="telephone=no"/>

I want to put this tag into our page template but the application is using the Universal theme and I am not able to edit the page template like what I used to in Apex 4.2.

This is my first project in Apex 5.x so sorry if this question has already been answered but I have tried to do a search and nothing has come up.

As a side question of this, does anybody have any good documentation about the Universal Theme that I can take a look at?

Thanks,

Paul.
