Adding a field to a mapping

Hello All,

I am new to datawarehousing and OWB. I have a problem which needs to be resolved immediately. It would be very kind if any of you could help me out of this.
The problem is I already have a mapping, loading the data into the target table now there is an extra field added to the target table. I need to load that column from source table and applying 2 conditions which are obtained by applying lookups on other tables. Could anybody help me how to do this and in what direction?

Say we have table S which has two fields S.a and S.b which needs to be loaded into target table T. c by applying some conditions. Any help is greatly appreciated.
