added new column not showing in synonym

Hi all,
Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production
I have table XXC_TEST created in XXC user, synonym in APPS user.
after few days, added a new column, but not showing in synonym but in XXC user.
and i see # view .

Can you please help?
