Hello!

Please help to solve the problem:

When trying to create new user and push button "New" in Administration User. There is an error:

The invalidation message for cache type 'UserToResponsibilityKey' was not send. Please check whether the server component SRBroker is down (SBL-DAT-00609)

Server:

SIEBEL 8.1.1.10

WIN2003

MS SQL 2008
