Add Row - fix needed for 3.2 packaged Timesheet application in 4.0.2.00.07

Upgraded to 4.0.2.00.07 apex and Timesheet-applications page "Enter Timesheet" button "Add Rows" doesn't anymore add 2 rows.
Also when returning from "Review Timesheet"-page the process "Add rows back" stopped working.

Anyone have a quick fix for this?
