add "print" button in the dashboard page

Hi!

I need to know how can i show the "Button Print" on the dashboard web page.

I have two different enviroment, in one of it, there is the Print Button, while in the other one there isn't that button.
How can I show it again? But in the two enviroment there are the "Refresh Button".
So i need to know what i have to do for showing the "Print Button" also in the other enviroment.
