Add "Notary required" checkbox to Lien Waiver Only Sub-Tier Default Documents

It would be nice to have the “Notary required” checkbox option added to Lien Waiver Only Sub-Tier Default Documents under Project Setup > Project Settings > Documents section, similar to the On-system Subcontractors and Sub-Tiers Default Documents.
