Add new image button into APEX application

Hi,

I search adding new image button to my APEX Application located on an remote Linux server.

I have tried without success

Choosing my application

Then "Shared components", then "Files", and "as Images".

And finally button "Create".

But my Gif is not added to APEX image directory ?

Why ? Where is my mistake ?
