Add Member on Essbase outline (Actually this one is Planning Application)

Hi,

I have one planning application , I want to add a member in the outline(not in planing , Need in Essbase outline).
Can i add the member in the Essbase outline?
If i do refresh next time in Planning Application , does that member go away from the Essbase outline?
