Add levels of Security to the BI Publisher Reporting

In BI Publisher, users can create and view their own reports in the “My Folder” and they can view Shared Reports. Currently there is no limit to which “Shared Reports” users can see so any sensitive information can be seen by all users if the report is Shared. Different levels of access should be implemented for the Shared Content.
