Add custom label to horizontal bar chart

Apex 18.1

Hi,

We have a bar chart, see attachment, which works great, however we were wondering whether it is possible to change the data label against two of the values so that rather than displaying 0 it displays NA as the data is not available, which is why it is 0.

This is just for those which have the label ISA and ITSO

All of the others are fine showing the actual value, even it is 0.
