AD home drive creation via OIM

Hi,

When a user is provisioned from OIM to AD, i want the user to get access to the Shared/Home drive automatically.
Is there some method by which the Home drive folder could be created dynamically for the provisioned users in AD... via OIM

I apologize if my question is vague as I do not have much idea on AD home directory creation. Pls help on this issue. I tried searching the forum for similar threads, but in vain :(
