Ad hoc analysis not available in Smart View Panel after connect

Hi everyone,

I have a strange issue when I try to make ad hoc analysis with Smart View using a LDAP User configured in Shared Services:

I open Excel and go to Smart View Panel, I connected to Shared Connections without problems, but when I choose a DB and make connect (it seems to be succeed  because no errors appears), but after that ad hoc analysis option not get visible in Smart View Panel.

I turned on the Log Messages in Smart View Options with the option "Profile" and I got the following error message", (but i didn't understand because the message ask to check log for details, This is the log file (SmartViewLogs.log)  !!! or exists another one ? )

[2013-09-30T14:16:10][SVC][ERROR:1][SVC10000][SVC][ecid: 2ca0613e-1c61-473a-9c8e-0d3b2bd59229,0]Operation Failed. Check log for details.[[Error in IHypConnection::initServices]]

Trying to connect with VBA, using the same user, after use HypCreateConnection, without errors, when I try to user HypConnect appears the logon form and It not get connected.

I tested the user, connecting for example to Shared Services Link and it access without problems.

When a native user of Hyperion everything works fine.

Somebody can help me ?
