ActivIdentity CaC authentication for Oracle Database 10gR2

I'm trying to enabled CaC authentication using ActivIdentity and Oracle Database 10gR2.

I get 'An unknown error has occurred' when I try to create a new PKCS11 wallet on the client side.
I select 'Other' and the library file (acpkcs211.dll) which comes with ActivClient.

I've tried using the 11g client and the 10g client on windows XP and Windows 7 64bit with the same problem.

Anyone able to get this working?
