ActiveX control not working in Form6 or 6i

Dear All

I created a form and inserted an Activex Control, and insert an object Microsoft Communication Control 6 (MSCOMMLib.MSComm.1). For this control I put the follwoing OCX files system folder and then registered them via REGSVR32 command successfully :
MSCOMM32.DEP
MSCOMM32.OCX
MSCOMM32.OCA

After this the above control appeared amongst the other Activex controls. However after inserting the above control when i compile and run my form it gives following error:
FRM-41344 OLE object not defined in the current record.

And with following error code:
FRM-40738 Argument 1 to builtin set_ole_ cannot be null

Please help me keeping above situation and give me solution.
