Active Directory User Trusted Recon , Failed:Cannot deactivate transaction synchronization-not activ

Hi,

I scheduled the Active Directory User Trusted Recon scheduled job to run daily. But it failed with the below error

Failed:Cannot deactivate transaction synchronization-not active

All other scheduled jobs ran successfully.

what could be the issue here ?
