Acme 3820 SBC failed to upload PEM certificate

IniyanJul 10 2017 — edited Jul 10 2017

Hello Folks,

Recently my organization requested us to update our browser with SSL certificate.

So I'm  working on my acme sbc  box  and generate CSR file and upload the PEM file to enable HTTPS.

But whenever I'm trying upload the file, I'm getting below error.

When FTP the .pem cert I'm getting below error.

import-certificate try-all SBC01 acme01.pem

The specified certificate-record: (SBC01) does not exist.

Creating one...

Enter Import Password:

ERROR: Failed to import certificate file (/opt/sgcbpacme01.pem)

Error: failed to import ()!

I'm not sure the import password and never set any password.

If I try paste the cert context, I'm getting below errors.

ERROR: Failed to import certificate file "/opt/tmpcert.pem".

Please advise. I have no clue how to fix this.

Below version of my box.
