achieving GO_ITEM functionality in APEX

Hi All,

I am building a form manually and want to achieve the following functionality.

Suppose I have 3 fields on form and when I enter first field, I want to shift the focus to the next item which is not happening with form wizard.

Can anyone help me what and where to specify this?
