Accounts should not be updated under Activities in Siebel

Hi Team,

We have a requirement that, Accounts will load monthly via interface and will link with Activities (one time).

Accounts will update monthly but should not be shown under the activities.

Can you please suggest me on this, how can we achieve this.@"terry.williams"
