account SYSMAN - Locked(Timed)

Good day.

I dont undestend why user SYSMAN has accout_status Locked(Timed)?
When i try that:
alter user sysman account unlock;
problem temporally fixed(account_status for sysman if OPEN), but after 5 minutes account_status for SYSMAN is Locked(Timed) again!
What is this?
