Account Reconciliation Service - REST/SOAP API to load data

Hi All,

I am trying to determine whether or not an API (REST or SOAP) exists to load data into ARCS from Integration cloud.

We are trying to automate loading data from an on-premise data Warehouse but I cannot find anything concrete to work out if it is possible.
