We have a requirement to provision a account to a new user on boarded to OIM with future date / current date. With Current date OIM will take care with access policy. But also we need to provision a account a new user with future hire date (start date).
Is this scenario possible ? if yes, then how we can achieve this ?
if, yes, What is kind of customization that we require ? should we do it code level or configuration level or --- ?
what will be the behavior of OIM if user status is "Disabled until start date" and we try to provision account to user ?
please provide your suggestions.. thank you in advance...
