Account lock cause

Hi,

User has asked us to unlock the account and wants to know who has locked the account because he is facing this issue frequently.

Currently, auditing is enabled at OS level as below. is this still possible to find the information? Could you please comment on this?

SQL> show parameter audit

NAME TYPE VALUE

------------------------------------ ----------- ------------------------------

audit_file_dest string /app/rq040/01/admin/RQ040A

/audit

audit_sys_operations boolean FALSE

audit_syslog_level string

audit_trail string OS

Oracle -- 11.2.0.3.0

This is QA DB.
