account getting automatically locked

Hi,

i have oracle 10g installed on linux.

i created some user accounts.
now one of the accounts i created is getting automatically locked with some kind of timer.
i looked in the Users page of EM dbconcole and i saw the Account Status as
"LOCKED(TIMED)"
I unlocked the account but later after some time when i checked it was aagain LOCKED(TIMED)

How can the account get LOCKED(TIMED)?
How can i unlock this account forever?
