Accidentally Terminated Always Free A1 Instance – Request to Re-enable A1 Capacity

Junghyun Park36 hours ago

Hello Oracle Cloud Team,

I accidentally terminated my Always Free A1.Flex instance in my tenancy.
Fortunately, the boot volume was not deleted and still exists.

However, I am now unable to create any new A1.Flex instances in any region.
It shows “Out of capacity” or does not allow me to proceed.

This instance contained important configurations and data, and I would like to recover the environment by attaching the existing boot volume to a new A1.Flex instance.

Could you please help re-enable A1.Flex creation for my tenancy, or temporarily allow capacity so that I can recreate the instance and attach the boot volume?

**Details:**
- **Tenancy OCID:** ocid1.tenancy.oc1..aaaaaaaaks3ddu7dblm7ubgrloqsixxeiwpxxwtbwlsuyth5ze7aigsak5aa
- **Region used previously:** AP-SEOUL-1-AD-1
- **Boot Volume status:** Active (not deleted)

This was an honest mistake, and I truly appreciate any help you can provide.

Thank you so much.
