Accessing "My Dashboard"

Hi,

I have a dashboard that I wanted users to see when they login instead of the default "My Dashboard". So I went ahead and disabled the users using Manage Privileges-->Catalog ->Personal Storage (My Folders and My Dashboard) so they wont see their default dashboards.

Now I want to enable "My Dashboard" for one user. I enabled the user using the same option as above. Now, when he logs in, he cannot see any of the dashboards. He is getting an error, "Access denied for user to path /users/username/_portal/dashboard layout".

I would appreciate any suggestions to correct this.
