Accessing EJB functions from JSP

I am new to jsp and ejb. There is an urgent help needed. May i know how to access an ejb in a jsp page?. Is it possible? ....should i use javabeans?...if so ..can someone help me with a sample code of how to invoking an ejb from a javabean which is in turn accessed by a jsp.
This is for my project. I am terribly stuck here.. plz help me out !
