Accessing Apex through Windows Azure

Hi,

I have just a simple question. I have configured a virtual machine in Windows Azure with URL http://database8415.cloudapp.net/ on Linux Operating System. I have installed Oracle on it and also set up the end points. But How do I access the APEX from there. All these days I worked directly on oracle.apex.com.

All help would be appreciated.
