Access violation problems with msvcr71.dll in C:\Oracle\..\DB_1\BIN\

Please provide any suggestions or workaround available if any regarding this issue

Here is the dll info in oracle folder.
C:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.2.0\DB_1\BIN\MSVCR71.DLL 7.10.3052.4 348160 June 25, 2005 03:22:00 Microsoft® C Runtime Library Microsoft® Visual Studio .NET 7.10.3052.4

One of our product services is started from control panel services list. Sometimes it breaks after working fine for one or two weeks, sometimes even after couple of hours.., Here is the access_violation error. (This is highly intermittent)
