Access to PACS URL for Radiology Documents

Workflow or API calls:

In PowerChart, for Radiology documents their is typically a link that allows the provider to access the PACS viewer if they are on the local hospital network. I believe there was a way to configure the APIs to include the URL in the binary response. Is that possible?
