Access to Metalink?

Hi,

Is there any way to access Metalink without a Customer Support Identifier?

Don't have a CSI as am between contracts, and trying to find the results of an old bug #1050327, specifically to do with error ora-22292

I know you need a CSI to log tars etc but thought you could still search Metalink without one
