Access SSL port by http protocol url, weblogic returns 200(RESPONSE CODE), WHY?

I installed weblogic12c on my win7, and I enabled SSL port 7002 in weblogic console, and disabled HTTP port 7001。
When I try to use the HTTP protocol to access port 7002 in IE and fill in any URL address, Weblogic returns a "P" with HTTP response code 200. Why?
请问，为什么我用http协议访问SSL端口，任意URL都会返回200？
