Access Policy Not Provisioning Accounts - OIM 11g R2 BP08

Hi,

In OIM 11g R2 BP08, rule evaluates to true and the user is getting the desired role. Access policy is attached to the role but after the scheduler run 'Evaluate User Policies', the accounts are not getting provisioned to the user. Manual provisioning for the same accounts are working file.

This is happening to all the access policies in the environment.

I have tried everything; like

a. Manually running the scheduler

b. Tested with a new user

c. Checked the process form in the access policy maily checked the mandatory attributes

d. Checked the pre-populate adapters for the mandatory fields

e. The Evaluate user policy gets completed properly with no errors.

f. There are no errors in the logs as well.

What else needs to be checked, please let us know.
