Access of ADF_USIM

I have a 3G Card and I would like to load the USIM App (at ADF_USIM). I need the AID of it which is contained in EF_DIR (+The EFDIR file contains the Application Identifiers (AIDs) and the Application Labels of the 3GPP applications present on the card as mandatory elements+).
So I select (SELECT) the EF_DIR file and read the data. Here is what I get :

The flag 84 (ffffff84) which should contain the AID of the application does not exist.
The 3G card is ok (the USIM app can be loaded on softwares like Dekart SIM Manager).
Any help will be much appreciated.
