Access files on NFS share through ftp

Hi,

Is it to possible to access files which are mounted by nfs through ftp?

I have Solaris 10 on SPARC and mounted nfs share:

/st320 on 10.160.19.92:/images remote/read/write/setuid/devices/soft/xattr/dev=4a00001 on Mon Jul 20 19:39:24 2009

And then I would like to have access to /st320 folder by ftp.

Is this possible?
