"Access Denied" When Acessing Oracle Directory For Oracle 9i Client

Please help.

After installing Oracle 9i client into my Windows 2000 using administrator account, my domain user was experiencing "access is denied" error whenever accessing the Oracle directory or trying to launch SQLPlus.

The most obvious solution is grant read and execute (recursive) permission for the Oracle directory to the domain user. Besides this, is there any simpler approach to install Oracle 9i on multiple PCs which eliminates this problem?
