access denied in install of odac 11.2.0.2 xcopy 64bit on win2008r2 64bit
I already have VS2010SP1 installed. Most of the odac install runs correctly except for a few issues listed below. I've given full access to user running the install and still get these errors. Thanks for any help. -D
