access denied error in .net 2005 command prompt

I wrote as cshay saying
in .net 2005 command prompt
after
c:\gacutil \i<OracleHome>odp.net\bin\2.x\...
i get always acess denied error.
I also removed odp.net 1.x from OracleHome3 (which i loaded ODAC)
what is wrong :
I am wring this command after C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio 8\VC>gacutil blank \i<Oraclehome>
What wrong can you write the exact command with blanks
Only here my OracleHome is as same as you,but my home is in clint_3 in yours is client_1
