Access denied by page security check

Sruthi TamiriNov 21 2014 — edited Nov 24 2014

Hi All,

We have an existing application, in which we have Authorization Schemes as "Admin".

The project was configured using LDAP process, if a particular user requires to access application, that user has to be included in "Admin" group.

If a particular user logs to application and he does not have access to application, then we can see a message as "Access denied by page security check" along with application logo.

When i had did some research on this, on a page attributes under security tab they had selected these options as

Authorization Schemes -> Admin

Authentication -> Page requires Authentication

Deep Linking-> Application default

Page Access protection-> Unrestricted

Form Auto Complete -> On

Browser Cache-> Application default

Now, our clarification is

- Where & how the message "Access denied by page security check" exists.

- And also we could see our company logo displayed along with message.

The problem is

- Similar steps i did followed and created a new application under same work space, with different authorization scheme in that application

- Now if user is not that group i can see message as "Access denied by page security check", but no application logo is displayed.

- Where do i am missing, as per my assumption there should be some error template, which may re-directs to screen to display that message with logo.

Can some one help me on this please?

Apex version -4.1.2

IE- 10

Data base -11.1.2
