Access denide to access the Dashboard

Hi All,

I have created a dashboard. And given permission to the user XX through

catalog->dashboard->permission->select the user XX.

Then log in to analytics as XX user, When i view the dashboard it shows the following error:

Access denide for user to path /shared/OBIA/_portal/dashboard_name/dashboard layout
Error Details: Error Code : O9XNZMXB

Kindly help me ASAP.
