access database to firebird or postgres

hello there
im not sure if this is the right place to post this topic.
my problem is that i have a very large database in MS Access and i wish to migrate it into firebird and postgres sql form. how am i gonna do that? because the data up to 500000+ rows a friend once told me to migrate it by chunks. how am i gonna do that? any code for help?
