Access apex application over public internet

Hi,

I would like to know how I can access my apex application remotely. My use case is, I have apex application (4.2.6 Run-time, EPG, oracle-xe) running in a Windows 8 machine (with internet connection). I would like to access that application over one more remote computer which has internet facility. Can someone guide me the options. Thanks,
