APEX

Hi All,

I have created an application using Apex 4.0.2. Basically it contains collection of reports.
My Apex is installed in a different server and i want to access that application from client side. [PC]

when i run the application from the server, i'm getting this url; http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex/f?p=103:1:1377429212207533:::::

then i tried it from a different PC by modifying the url; http://192.168.10.60:8080/apex/f?p=103:1:1377429212207533:::::

this is the [192.168.10.60] ip of server where apex installed. but i can not view the application.it prompts me a error.

below what i get as error:::::

Can anybody help me to solve this issue??? it will be a big help.
