Acceses APEX via intranet

I have been connecting to an application I created on my local machine using the address http://localhost:8080/apex/f?p=101. I now have a user who wants to take a look at the app so I gave him the address with my ip http://192.168.2.5:8080/apex/f?p=101 but he gets page not found. Is this not supported with Oracle Express Edition?
