Accents problem. Not recognized when using ult_smtp

Hi all.

I have a wrap procedure for utl_smtp. I have a problem: accents are ignored on subject or header.

I have tested with several settings on client (changing NLS_LANGUAGE). I have also tested directly on the server, but with same result: accents are no recognized.

I guess this must be an NLS issue .....

Any help will be greatly appreciated ...!
