Absolute Signage method in data load rule

Hi,

I am facing some issue while using Absolute Signage Method in data load rule.

I though it should keep the positive value as positive and change negative values to positive. But this isn't how it is working at my end....

It is just changing the signs..... make positive negative and making negative positive.

Is this how this absolute functions works?
