about Tmp

Hi All,

Can any body explain me about the tmp file in the instance folder in OBIEE11g .I have an problem in regarding the tmp file in OBIEE11g .The tmp file size in my server increased up to 54 GB in server , the drive is fully occupied and then reports are not running and displaying the error " There is no enough space for the report".

I deleted the tmp file in my server then the issue is cleared .In my environment users are always trying to export the reports in to Excel ,CSV files and all reports are having a huge data .
My request is how to manage the tmp folders in OBIEE11g .Is there any approach which we want to manage the tmp folder.
