About "queue messages" Wait events !
453427Jul 3 2007 — edited Jul 3 2007anybody can explain the event of "queue messages" and what can cause this wait ? I found there are many waits about this event in my statspack report .

My Oracle Version is : Oracle8i Enterprise Edition Release 8.1.7.3.0 - Production
I have found that it is an idle wait event in oracle 9I . but I am not sure in version 8173 .
